Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, our products are exactly as shown. You will receive exactly what you see!
How quickly will I get my order?
Depending on your order, it will be coming from our distribution center in either London, On or Vancouver, BC. We use various shippers depending on product and weight.
How can I return an item?
We do not accept returns. We do work with you should your product arrive damaged in anyway. Your order will be replaced and we will deal with the shipper.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Out of stock items are quickly replenished. They can take up to a week before that happens! You can request a refund in full if your order hasn't been shipped out yet. We are here to help you!
Do you provide tracking?
Yes, our primary shippers are Canpar, Fedex, UPS and Day/Ross. Once your order is fulfilled you will be given up to date tracking information.
